Approach

Knowledgeable solutions

While Bob previously handled numerous business litigation and arbitration matters, he is no longer accepting new engagements in these areas. However, his extensive experience in litigation has provided him with a valuable perspective in drafting and negotiating business agreements—insight gained from seeing firsthand the issues that can arise when agreements are not carefully structured and parties differ on their interpretation.

Bob takes a practical, solution-oriented approach to legal matters. He works closely with clients to identify the core issues, even when they may not be immediately apparent, and helps explore options that align with the client's goals and expectations.

Recognizing that legal matters can be complex, Bob strives to deliver efficient and straightforward solutions, avoiding unnecessary complications whenever a simpler path will serve the client effectively.

When a matter requires highly specialized knowledge, Bob collaborates with or refers to subject-matter experts to ensure clients receive the most informed guidance available. He is also a member of LEGUS International, a global network of independent law firms, which allows for access to specialty counsel and reliable referrals and representation in other jurisdictions when needed.

In addition to representing clients directly, Bob frequently serves as local counsel for out-of-state attorneys and clients in matters involving New Mexico entities or assets, including financing, creditor bankruptcy representation, construction, and acquisitions.
